Return/Exchange procedures:

holicow™ wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase you can send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns on sale items, discounted items or clearance items, however; sale items only can be exchanged for another size, if available.

RETURNS
• returned items must be unworn and in original condition and packaging. 

• shipping and handling fees are not refundable. There is a $5 handling fee per item.

• returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

• if a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact nancy@shopholicow.com
• returned items will not be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery. International orders are final sale.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your return/exchange from the date we receive your package. If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at nancy@shopholicow.com within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.

EXCHANGES

• although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock.
